Wisdom Circles the Globe

Posted on Jul 30th, 2009 by Julie : Levitator Julie
Wisdom circles the globe for healing and transformation. A radiant field merges wisdom circle to wisdom circle, person-to-person, community-to-community, in an unspoken unity of purpose, passion and place.

Wisdom circles the globe igniting hearts with a viral fire, touching souls, integrating circles within circles within circles in a spiral movement.

Wisdom circles the globe, breathing into breathless spaces, to open the hermetically sealed heart, falling inward into the abyss of consciousness as spherical life illuminates the eastern star.

Wisdom circles the globe with a sacred word born of holy fire conveyed through the noosphere as a vibration that translates into a frequency to elevate humanity, alleviate suffering and concentrate evolution.

Wisdom circles the globe where prayer, a ray of light moved by love, clears the clouds of fear accumulated in the atmosphere by a suffering humanity. Wisdom, born of true suffering calls forth a turning back in on itself to recreate, turning outward to make light of the darkness with great love as wisdom circles the globe.

Ode to Childhood

Posted on Apr 14th, 2009 by Julie : Levitator Julie
Standing
watching him beat her
stripped
of childhood innocence
moving
making decisions
knowing life
in the midst of death
seeing his fist
STOP
in     midair
I was there.

The power of prayer
filled the air
opening a door into dimensions
usually unseen
except in dreams,
but I was awake
Oh, so awake
it hurt
traumatized by conflict
moving mountains
It wouldn’t stop
I had to go away
then the door opened
I walked into eternity
I looked upon them
still battling
I was them
they were me
I knew - oh, how I knew
I would return
though a child
an old soul
awake at seven
it’s called the age of reason
what I beheld
was so unreasonable
was so sorrowful
a father beating a mother
O God, let me live
let me see
so I may be
differently.

Zero Point Field

Posted on Mar 18th, 2009 by Julie : Levitator Julie
Pure love as pure consciousness,
beyond the veil,
beyond the daily wail of fleeting sounds.
Beyond the windless darkest night,
where the well is deeper than ordinary sight.
Though appearing to be calm,
A thunderous roar,
a death that is deathless,
a stillness abhorring a vacuum of waste,
filling the vast gap called space
with an oasis of light, color, sound,
I am, you are, we are the sum total of everything
we’ve ever been or ever will be.

Simplicity

Simple Matters
Well-being
Wit
Wonder
To ponder

What is it like to be?
When I sit; I sit
When I walk; I walk
When I talk; I talk
When I am silent; I am silent

Nothing calls me to be elsewhere
To think of the past or future
To wish or will myself to be
Anywhere but here

This is my life in this moment
This, too will pass without regret
For I have met the I am
and I am here.

Meditation ~ Sacred Writing

Posted on Jan 3rd, 2009 by Julie : Levitator Julie
Through a 20 minute Meditation followed by Sacred Writing, daily awakened-awareness is lasting. A proven way to boost the immune system is to allow meditation to continue into sacred writing from the same blank slate that meditation requires.

Meditation is a way to let go of your attachment to words and what their meaning has been to you. When you let go of what you see and hear in meditation, you are allowing for freedom from your past and an acceptance of what is ~ NOW. The act of letting go allows for you to open inwardly instead of focusing outwardly.

During meditation, you release thoughts and feelings that arise and let them pass away to wherever thoughts and feelings go when they are unheeded. Through this practice, the focus that has owned you, no longer does. Each time you meditate, you open space within that has been closed.

Sacred writing flows from that open space onto a blank sheet of paper. Sounds in poetic phrases, stream of consciousness, pure flowering of what is within and wants to give itself up to you, flows from your invisible heartbeat through your arms, hands and pen onto paper for you to read afterward. To read the sounds aloud is beneficial to you on many levels. Healing words flowed to you from you and now you flow those same words back to you aloud. Your own sound carries a vibration that your flesh needs to hear. Listen.

When meditation ~ sacred writing are part of your daily lives, you discover that your day is different from when you simply meditated. The act of writing places you in the actions of your life in beneficial ways. That is the feedback loop I’ve heard from the ones I’ve introduced this spiritual practice to.

Over 40 years ago I began this spiritual practice at 9:00 am every morning, and it changed my life. Then I initiated Meditation ~ Sacred Writing with others and their lives changed in much the same way that mine had. It’s a tried and true way to change what appears to be unchangeable in your daily lives.

Truth, Beauty and Goodness

Posted on Nov 25th, 2008 by Julie : Levitator Julie

Did you know . . . there’s only one you exactly like you . . .

Truth, Beauty and Goodness points to the realization that there is only one you exactly like you.

Accept this truth, see your beauty, and goodness follows . . .

Nurture your body, mind and spirit in a healthy, life-giving, oxygen-rich atmosphere.

        Be gentle with yourself,

        You are glorious,

        You are alive,

You are what makes life on this planet possible.

Hum and Purr of the Universe

Posted on Nov 22nd, 2008 by Julie : Levitator Julie
Recently I was privileged to be present at the birth of a baby boy.  When I spoke to him, he turned his head and our eyes locked.  His mother handed him to me and I sat with him, "You're a sweet boy, such a sweet boy, a sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet boy."

His invisible heartbeat pulsed in every cell and I felt his whole body vibrate.  From deep within me came, "You are a great soul."  In that moment, I heard the hum and purr of the universe, the aum, amen, sounding through his BEING.  Thank you for hymn.

Body Matters

Posted on Aug 4th, 2008 by Julie : Levitator Julie
This prose-poetry sums up what I value.

Sacred moves in the flow of the letters as they shape on a blank page, while the mysterious matrix of a mother tongue flames eternal and innocence gives way to life-giving spirit.

Conscious awakening breathes essence to flow me, grow me, slow me and
speed me, as it breathes me into breathing you, into breathing we, into breathing us in an organic ever beginning, never ending wonder of wonders.

Circuits circulate to lighten the organs and my body sings to me in melodies that lift me in waves of movement that intuits sacred space. My soul delights in the rise and fall of the swells as the daylight calls the midnight sun forth and in its luminous rays are stars, moons, planets and the star matter that makes me who I am.

Oh wondrous body, treasury of everything that has been, is, or ever will be
written, evolution visually comes alive in every cell, nerve ending, cartilage, and
bones that tell me of my beginnings as they intone marrow-building-blood.

Blood that carries tales of mother earth, the stars that shine, and the universe in its fullness. To read the stories is a lifetime work. For what other purpose am I here?

Do I need to go anywhere or do anything to learn, when all that I am or ever will
be is inside of me?

Meditation resonates my soul in timing, a rhythm to my days and the ways I learn who I am from convolutions of my brain unrolling as scrolls and in their folds, my life story comes alive.

I recognize. I honor. I acknowledge.

Each one that I meet connects to the river that flows through my being. A tree, a
flower, a root that I am but a shoot of; grows, to die, to decay, to energize and
invigorate the soil, to regenerate a nervous system that is one and the same
nervous system of us all.

An abundance of life dances me to where I am to go, to stay, to be. It
encapsulates me while it frees me boundlessly. Oh light divine, shine. Gently
bend me as wind winds through interstices to aerate, concentrate, and renew my body structure, for without its pattern, I'd not know freedom. What it is and what it isn't.

To be wholly embodied allows for flow to show me essence, beyond the senses. It envelops my senses and flows into and through them to align me with the earth, with humanity, yet lifts me to flow upstream to my universal home.

I learn through my body, to be at home wherever I am. In darkness, in light, in
heat, or in cold; for balance is only known when a dichotomy is in evidence. To
be at home requires me to savor, to drink in where I am, the ones who are with
me, or around me and to see that I am not alone, but rather, all one.

Do I know anyone? Does anyone know me? Essence is all one needs and it is
beyond knowing. It is who I am, who you are, and who we are as mysterious
wonder dawns, awakens, and summons; arise, oh beautiful body and reveal to
me, conceal not from me, your treasure trove of hologrammatic imagery. I am
here to receive and give in waves of wonder. Electrify me to intuit, oh body of
spirit and mind informed.

Love is an intention . . .

Posted on Aug 1st, 2008 by Julie : Levitator Julie
Namaste’

Our hands are an extension of our heart.  Our left hand is a receiver and our right hand is a giver.  When we place our hands palm to palm in prayer or a ‘Namaste’ greeting, we hook up our whole circuitry and a blessing triggers the same blessing in another.

Heartful Question

What is love?

Conditional love looks like this:
I will love you if . . .
I love you because . . .
If you loved me, you’d . . .

Unconditional love looks like this:
I love you.

Reflection:
What kind of love do you want to receive?
What kind of love do you give?

What if . . .
Global warming was caused by all the love we have for each other?

Love is an intention. From an intention to love arises the need for intimate connections that integrate body, mind and spirit from wholeness. A tone of love is set and peace of mind is now established as a reality that changes all human relationships and guides us to be fearless in the face of what has been fearful.

Blessings, love and peace,
Julie
